One of the greatest gifts I've noticed throughout this year has been a more flowing shift in the way I move through my days. There is simply less pushing and striving. The old feeling that I constantly had to "do more" has shifted and softened considerably. The more time I spend connecting with my Higher Self -even if only for a few quiet moments -the more naturally inspired-action begins to arise. Instead of efforting - there is flow. Instead of exhaustion, I feel much more vitality. What I desire to be accomplished still gets done, yet it unfolds with far more ease and joy - very magical!
This higher-frequency way of living has transformed my daily life, and I hope you'll allow yourself to experience it as well. Give yourself permission to create a little more quiet space. Listen a little more deeply. Trust the wisdom already living within your heart, and let that inner guidance gently shape your outer experience.
